Small Methods products are digital downloads. Product pages show what is included before purchase.

Digital Access

Files are delivered digitally through the approved checkout and delivery route after successful payment. No physical product is shipped.

Before You Buy

• Check the product page for the exact files, format, compatibility, and use case.
• Make sure you can open PDF files on your device.
• Read the product page notes about what is and is not included.

Access Problems

If you cannot access a file, receive the wrong file, or find a damaged file, contact support with your order email and product name. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, access fix, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed and copied immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds may not be available after successful access unless there is a file, delivery, duplicate-purchase, or compatibility issue that cannot be resolved.

Response Time

Support messages are reviewed as quickly as possible, with a target response time of one business day.
