Delivery

Files are delivered digitally through the approved checkout and delivery route. No physical product is shipped.

Compatibility

Most products are supplied as PDFs unless the product page says otherwise. PDF files can usually be printed or used in common PDF reader and annotation apps.

Refund And Support

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund handling depends on the final store policy and the nature of the issue. If something is wrong with the files, contact support with the order email and product name.
